Where should I begin...
Well, I wanted a "dream vacation" -- let me start off by saying I don't "dream" as good as our vacation was. You have raised the bar. Every single thing you planned for us just kept getting better and better. Our hotels were fabulous our views spectacular and the food divine!!!! The tour guides and the drivers were for the most part fantastic!!!! Everything that you suggested was amazing!!! Thank you sooooo much for all that you did for us it was really beyond words how great this trip was.

Thank you very much for our Alaska cruise. We all had a marvelous time and everyone feels we could have used a few more extra days of cruising. Our grandson had a marvelous time interacting with the other children and he cried on the airplane on the way home and again at bedtime saying he missed all his friends on the cruise. The shore excursions were fun---thank you for suggesting and arranging the tours for us. Everyone enjoyed them, especially the helicopter ride and the dog-sledding. That was a new experience for all of us. Thanks for everything!!!

Thank you for putting together such a wonderful cruise experience for my friend and I. We put together this trip so that we could join another set of friends on the same cruise. Ken's knowledge provided us with a much better experience than our friends. Each time I called Ken with a question, his immediate response was always informative, professional and kind. WOW! TravelStore arranged the most wonderful trip for my husband and I. We spent one wonderful night in Athens, than jumped on Windstar and hit some Greek and Turkish Islands and ended our trip in Istanbul for a couple of nights. You made the entire trip just effortless and that allowed us to really relax! The highlight of our trip was the private boat we had for 6 hours in Bora Bora. Our guide was just wonderful, and he took us where ever we wanted to go. We actually encountered a grey whale and her calf inside the lagoon! We loved Moorea for the snorkeling and the jeep safari, but Bora Bora was just in a different league! The Thalasso was an AMAZING place. Definitely the nicest hotel we've ever stayed at! And I think we have you to thank for what we thought was the best room at the resort. The woman at the concierge mentioned that you had a great relationship with the concierge... as such, we were given a lot of attention, so thanks! I wanted to write this letter to inform you that we had our travel experience become outstanding since our agent went above and beyond for us. He constantly kept up with the problems we faced with our airline delays, missing our ship. We also needed help with a hotel reservation for the night and a flight the next day to meet our ship. I thought this was important to bring to your attention, since we were so pleased with him. I think people who go the extra mile for you should be recognized. We do plan to do business with your company again since we had such a good experience.

The trip you planned for us through Italy was absolutely perfect! I have never been to Europe, so this trip was thrilling for many reasons – but everything, from the hotels to the actual route through the wine country was lovely. You really planned a fabulous trip for us and we loved every minute of it. The ship [in Galapagos] was a wonderful choice and with only 75 or so passengers it seemed very personal and spacious. They offered well thought out and well planned activities and the naturalists were knowledgeable and crew friendly and so helpful. We're back from our glorious travels to Costa Rica. Every guide/transfer was not only on time but early, knowledgeable and fluent in English. Couldn't say enough nice things about them. You guys did a GREAT job. We can't thank you enough! We're already planning to go back with our family!

When we first met with her, we gave her a few ideas of what we wanted to do and she was able to take that little bit of information and plan a phenomenal 28-day trip through France and Italy. Her knowledge and expertise in these two countries was incredible...she could take any number of days and still plan an unforgettable trip for you. We wanted to do some organized tours and we wanted to have time to explore things on our own. The number of tours that were pre-booked for us was the perfect number. Every hotel was right in the middle of the city and usually within walking distance from all the main attractions. We were due to leave for Nassau and the Atlantis Hotel. Watching the path of Hurricane Frances, Judy was concerned about our vacation. Delta hadn't cancelled their flights, but even if we could get there, would the Atlantis be able to provide a proper vacation experience? Judy found out that all the hotel guests had evacuated their rooms and were in a conference room waiting for the storm to pass, but the Atlantis wouldn't honor a cancellation within 14 days of arrival.

That’s when Judy went to bat for us. On the day prior to our scheduled departure, she was able to credit our trip and re-book us at a resort in Cancun. Needless to say, we were thrilled. I just want you to know how much I truly appreciated Judy’s support with this booking. It is SO refreshing to feel like we are dealing with a "partner" in travel.

I just wanted to compliment the performance of your employee who booked our honeymoon to Australia. I contacted you to book everything for the trip except airfare I'd already purchased. Ken's diligence resulted in a simple itinerary that other travel agents before him could not put together. I'd been working with a local agency for a couple weeks, getting complicated itineraries that had us going up and down the coast. But Ken listened to us. I could not let another day go by without telling you how wonderful Joan is. I am so thrilled to have a travel agent who is so responsive in everything she does. I can count on her 100% of the time. I never doubt if she will respond in a timely manner. She's the friendliest agent with the best customer service I have experienced in my career, which includes many other travel agencies. She's awesome!

Got back into London yesterday . We got your note ...much appreciate your concern on how our trip went etc. The Honeymoon was fantastic. Everything went as planned, and the 2 resorts you arranged were great... they gave a us a suite for the day, plus they gave us champagne and a snack "on the house" which was very thoughtful. Thank you very much for planning the trip so well and for ensuring everything went smoothly... it meant a lot.

We are home and the trip was absolutely perfectly magnificently,
wonderful! When you were a kid and had a summer vacation and all the every-day details and duties went away and you were doing everything you wanted to do and time ticked differently and you never wanted it to end for school.....that's how our trip felt! THANK You for all that organizing!

I wanted to thank you for putting me in touch with Vickie to help plan our honeymoon. We ended up going to the Big Island of Hawaii and Lanai for two weeks and Vickie did a fantastic job of putting the trip together. I contacted Ken and I was in touch with him a month before and during our honeymoon holiday about our 10 days in USA and trip to Manihi, French Polynesia.
